1. Please send an email via the order form.
2. AgiLhythm Shop will reply with details regarding the product price, shipping cost, and PayPal payment.
・For international orders, we only accept payments via PayPal.
・Please note that if we receive a high volume of orders, it may take some time for us to respond.
3. Complete the PayPal payment for the total amount, including the product price and shipping cost.
4. Once your payment has been confirmed, we will proceed with shipping arrangements.
5. Your order will be shipped.
International Orders – Customs & Shipping
For international orders, Japanese consumption tax (VAT) will not be charged.
However, please note that custom duties, import taxes, and local VAT/GST may apply in your country, and these costs are the responsibility of the customer.

About the Product
The ladder is packaged in a folded state due to packaging requirements.
As a result, some distortion may be visible when it is first unfolded. However, please rest assured that with continued use, it will gradually return to a flat condition.
Please note that depending on the frequency of use and environmental factors such as season and temperature, it may take some time for the ladder to fully recover.

Orders will normally be shipped within 7–10 business days after the order is confirmed.
Delivery may be delayed during the New Year holidays, long holiday periods, times of high order volume, or depending on the customer’s location.

If a product is found to be defective, we will replace it at our expense.
